By accessing or using ICEpots, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering or making a purchase.
ICEpots allows users to create an account and access the platform through the available login process.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register, purchase, or use any services provided through the platform.
Each individual may maintain only one ICEpots account.
ICEpots reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violations of these Terms.
All products available through ICEpots require a consultation with an ICEpots-approved doctor.
After completing a purchase, you can book the required teleconsultation through ICEpots. Your order will be shipped only after the teleconsultation has been successfully completed and the applicable medical requirements have been satisfied.
Where a prescription is required, the prescription is valid for 60 days. The prescription expiry date may be displayed within your ICEpots account.
Your account remains active after prescription expiry. However, products requiring a valid prescription may not be available for purchase until the applicable medical requirements are satisfied.
ICEpots reserves the right to restrict, modify, hold, or refuse access to products or services where required for medical, legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
Products purchased through ICEpots are intended for personal use only and must not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods made available on the platform.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders requiring medical consultation will remain on hold until the required teleconsultation has been successfully completed.
Shipping will begin only after the applicable consultation, medical, prescription, and operational requirements have been satisfied.
ICEpots reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that do not meet applicable legal, medical, regulatory, or platform requirements.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity carried out through their account.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
By creating an account, you consent to receive important transactional updates through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other communication channels. These communications may include account updates, consultation reminders, order notifications, membership information, and other platform-related announcements.
You may opt out of promotional communications where applicable; however, transactional and compliance-related notifications will continue to be sent as necessary.
ICEpots may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational, legal, medical, regulatory, or business requirements. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the platform.

By placing your order, you acknowledge that shipment will only commence after successful completion of the complimentary doctor consultation.
