Membership Rules

1. Becoming an ICE Club Member

You become an ICE Club member once your first qualifying order has been successfully delivered.

Membership benefits and member-only features become available after you become an ICE Club member.

2. Account & Membership Status

Your ICEpots account remains active after the applicable membership or prescription period ends.

Membership status and account status are separate. The end of a membership benefit period or prescription validity period does not by itself deactivate your account.

3. Membership Benefits

Once you become an ICE Club member, you can access the benefits available to members, including Boost functionality, membership tiers, applicable discounts, and other member benefits.

The benefits available to you depend on your membership status and the rules displayed by ICEpots at the time of use.

4. Membership Tiers

Membership tiers are available after you become an ICE Club member.

Your applicable tier, qualifying purchase requirements, amount spent, amount remaining to reach the next tier, discounts, and other tier benefits may be displayed within your ICEpots account.

Tier benefits and other applicable benefits are subject to the conditions displayed by ICEpots.

5. Purchase Requirements

Purchase quantities, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, and product availability may be subject to medical, regulatory, operational, inventory, or other applicable requirements.

ICEpots may modify purchase limits, product availability, membership benefits, and eligibility requirements from time to time.

6. Prescription

Where a prescription is required, the prescription is valid for 60 days. The prescription expiry date may be displayed within your ICEpots account.

After prescription expiry, your account remains active, but products requiring a valid prescription may not be available until the applicable medical requirements are satisfied.

7. Membership Eligibility

ICEpots may restrict or withdraw membership benefits where an account does not meet applicable eligibility, medical, prescription, regulatory, or platform requirements.

8. Prohibited Membership Activities

• •Creating multiple accounts.
• •Providing false or misleading information.
• •Attempting to obtain membership benefits through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
• •Attempting to bypass applicable medical, prescription, or purchase requirements.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits or the account.
